AIMS Charter · Core

Configure the Charter for how you actually run.

Core starts at $99/mo. Every Extended capability is available as a toggleable add-on so you only pay for what you'll actually use. Toggle any add-on off later without penalty.

AIMS Charter · Core
Core 7 modules · Document Repository · full audit log, kept and exportable · 24-framework alignment · Solo admin.

AI Policy Attestation
Prove your employees/contractors read your AI policies.
+$49/mo
Assign any document in your repository for mandatory read. Set cadence (annual / semi-annual / quarterly / one-time / per new hire). Track opened, acknowledged, and overdue. Auto-remind at 14 / 7 / 3 / 1 days. Escalate to admin on missed deadline. Aligns to ISO/IEC 42001 Annex A.10 and NIST AI RMF GOVERN-2.1.
What is AI Policy Attestation?

Attestation is proof. Not just that you have a policy, but that every person who touches your AI stack has read it, understood it, and signed off. Auditors, insurers, and enterprise clients ask for this in RFPs.

The Charter posts your AI Acceptable Use Policy (or any doc you pick) to each team member's inbox, waits for their click-through acknowledgment, and stamps the audit log. Missed deadlines auto-escalate to your admin.

Managed AI Usage Reporting · Claude for Work
Weekly compliance API pull from your Anthropic workspace.
+$79/mo
Weekly compliance pull from Claude for Work: prompts, active users, guardrail flags, model distribution, top categories. Delivered by email and inside your Monthly Governance Memo. ChatGPT Enterprise, Microsoft Purview + Copilot, and Google Workspace + Duet AI ship as separate add-ons through Q3 2026.
What data does this actually pull?

Anonymized aggregate usage, not individual prompt content. High Intent Digital reads only the metadata Anthropic exposes via its Compliance API - prompt count, active user count, guardrail flag counts, model distribution across your workspace.

We do NOT read prompt bodies, model outputs, or any employee-identifying detail beyond what your workspace admin already sees. The data lands in your Monthly Governance Memo formatted for board or auditor review.

Rule-Based Alerts
Fire when a rule matches your Managed Usage report.
+$29/mo
Starter pack of 4 rules: contractor-using-AI-without-signed-AUP, prompt-mentions-protected-client-name, vendor-moderation-flag-fired, attestation-past-due. Notify by email and/or Slack. Configurable protected-name list.
Requires Managed AI Usage Reporting · adding this will auto-enable it.
Extra Team Seats
Core is solo admin. Add editors, analysts, viewers.
+$15/mo · per seat
Each seat is one named user with a role: Editor (populate modules), Analyst (read + export), Viewer (read only). Beyond 10 seats, Extended's unlimited-seat bundle usually wins on price.
Seats: 0 up to 10
Single Sign-On (SSO)
SAML / Okta / Google Workspace / Microsoft Entra.
+$49/mo
Authenticate users through your existing identity provider. Just-in-time provisioning, group-based role mapping, session lifetime controls. Uses SAML 2.0. Only makes sense if you're also adding Extra Team Seats.
What SSO gets you

Fewer passwords, faster off-boarding. When someone leaves your company, disabling them in Okta / Google / Entra also disables their Charter access - no manual cleanup, no forgotten accounts.

Just-in-time provisioning means Charter accounts are created automatically the first time an authorized user logs in. Group-based role mapping means an "AI Governance Editors" group in your IdP maps to Editor role in Charter.

Heads up
You've configured past the Extended break-even.

Your current add-on selection totals $0/mo, which is more than Extended at $349/mo. Extended bundles every add-on above (Core PLUS+ or Extended PLUS+ for Attribution unlocks separately, quoted after a tech stack evaluation and API buildout) plus unlimited seats, Executive persona views, and the full 20-module Charter. If you're headed this direction anyway, Extended is the better deal.
