Add anyone you'll name later in this setup for RACI decisions, gap ownership, module handoffs, or document attestation. Everyone you add here shows up as a dropdown choice on the pages that follow, so you're not retyping names. Nothing is emailed from this page: at the end of setup you'll see one summary of every assignment and choose who to send invitations to.

Two very different kinds of people go here:
- Users log in and can own decisions, fill modules, or have modules delegated to them. They count against your paid seat limit.
- Employees and Contractors never log in. They just get emailed attestation cycles (e.g. "read AUP and click acknowledge") and their compliance is tracked on your dashboard. No seat needed.
No emails are sent from this page. Invites to Users and attestation requests to Employees / Contractors only fire when you explicitly click Send later.
Team roster
Tick the bell on anyone who should be alerted when an incident is logged — a new incident, a status change, a note, or a mention. All severities on by default. You can fine-tune each person's severity + event mix later on the Incident Register. Nothing sends until an incident is actually logged.
Auditor-friendly: Adding people here doesn't grant them any access. Every future "Send module" or "Invite" action is a separate, deliberate click and gets logged with a timestamp on your Charter audit trail.
Named ownership aligns to NIST AI RMF GOVERN-2.1 and ISO/IEC 42001 clause 5.3.
